Power Kick’s cardio kickboxing program is a fun and exciting way to shape and tone your body. Our instructors motivate you with upbeat music and an opportunity to burn up to 800 calories per hour.

Cardio Kick -- burns approximately 800 calories per hour

Workouts include speed and power training, strength and endurance training, and self-defense techniques. Classes focus on kicking, punching and calisthenics while toning the thighs, buttocks and abs. Discover our unique system of resistance training and focus mitt routines. Students will feel an enhanced confidence and awareness by taking our cardio kickboxing program that will chisel your body from head to toe.

There are 16 classes each week including early and mid-morning workouts, afternoon and evening classes. Four beginning classes are held weekly. Also offered throughout the year are three-hour kickboxing camps that give you an intense full-body workout. Bring gloves, water and a towel – and be ready for a great workout!

Beginning Cardio -- burns approximately 500 calories per hour

This class will prepare you for the more rigorous Cardio Kick class, with a focus on the fundamental techniques to avoid injury and maximize your workout.

“Power Kick has been a good thing for my whole family. I go to the cardio kick boxing classes, my sons study martial arts and my wife goes to Sunday morning yoga class. We've made friends through the dojo and I'm stronger than I've ever been. The kids classes are especially good -- the instructors are great at teaching discipline while being upbeat and motivational. I've learned so much about flexibility, conditioning and self defense. I recommend Power Kick to anyone, any age, who is interested in getting in shape or learning martial arts.”
